Day 01
DAY 1: DELHI – MANALI (530 KMS/ 12-14 HRS)

Today, your escort cum driver will pick you up from Delhi in a private cab and head towards the “Valley Of The Gods” – Manali. The journey takes almost 10–12 hours, crossing through the plains of Punjab and entering Himachal Pradesh, where the mountains welcome you with a breath of fresh air. Upon arrival in Manali, check-in to your comfortable pre-booked hotel for a healthy meal and overnight stay.
Exotic Manali offers something special for everyone: peace for mediators, inspiration for artists, daring activities for adventure seekers, and breathtaking landscapes that will leave you in awe.

Day 02
DAY 2: MANALI LOCAL (FULL DAY)

Wake up to the beauty of Manali. After breakfast, proceed for a local sightseeing tour, starting with Hadimba Mata Temple and Ghatotkacha Temple. Next, visit the Club House, where you can enjoy indoor activities, followed by a visit to the Tibetan Monastery. Afterward, take a bath in Sage Vashisht’s Hot Springs, known for their medicinal properties (be sure to carry a towel). Across from the hot springs are temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Ram. In the evening, enjoy a stroll along the Mall Road, shop for local handicrafts, and try native cuisines. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03
DAY 3: MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY / ROHTANG OR ATAL TUNNEL

After breakfast, head to Solang Valley, a hub for adventure activities such as Paragliding, Zorbing, ATV Rides, Horse-riding, and Trail rides. Be sure to follow all safety protocols during these activities.
 

Winter Note: During snowfall, the Solang Valley sightseeing point may be inaccessible, and sightseeing may be restricted to Barrier Point (additional 4x4 jeep charges apply).
 

Optional Tours at Extra Cost:

Atal Tunnel: Visit the newly built Atal Tunnel, one of the highest tunnels in the world. Stop at the North Portal of the tunnel for a memorable photo.
Afterward, return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 04
DAY 4: DAY TRIP TO KULLU - NAGGAR

After breakfast, drive to Kullu (40 km from Manali), with stops at the Devlok Theme Park and Kullu Pashmina Shawl Showrooms. Enjoy the thrill of White Water Rafting and Paragliding. Continue your journey to Naggar (20 km from Manali) and visit the Naggar Castle, once the residence of the Kullu Raja, now a popular spot for movie shoots. Next, visit the Roerich Art Gallery, home to original works by the famous Russian painter Nicholas Roerich. On the way, visit Tripura Sundri Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. Return to Manali for overnight stay.

  • Winter 4X4 Jeep Charge Extra. In the event of snowfall causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances.

  • We are not holding any rooms and the same will be subject to availability at the time of receiving your confirm request.
  • Non-Refundable Rate Hotel booking process - all booking on Non-Refundable Rate will be confirmed on 100% advance payment amount will be charged
  • The details of your assigned driver will be shared only 24 hours before the tour begins.
  • If you choose to travel outside the planned itinerary, Haim Travel will not be responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred by the driver.
  • Private transfers are point to point.
  • Sharing transfers the drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled time
  • All above rates are net per person and in Sri Lankan Rupees.
  • The confirmation of the twin beds / king bed / queen bed /triple bed will be provided based on the availability.
  • Any special requests like smoking room, nonsmoking rooms, rooms on higher floors, interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, large bed / View of the rooms will always be subject to availability upon check in.
  • Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
  • The pickup/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
  • The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed.
  • Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
  • We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
  • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
  • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
  • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
  • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
  • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
  • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
  • We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
  • No refund for partly utilized services.
  • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
  • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and processed.
  • Until payment is received, the reservation remains provisional and is subject to availability.
  • Full payment is required to secure the reservation. Failure to make full payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other designated payment methods.
  • Payment must be processed in the currency specified in the booking confirmation.
     

 

  • 75% cancellation charges if cancelled within 30 working days before the tour.
  • 100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 21 working days before the tour.
  • There is no refund after starting or middle of the tour.
  • Please be aware that this policy includes holidays observed in both countries. 
  • No show 100% will be charged of tour cost. 
  • Hotels' specific cancellation policies will be applied during the high peak season. In these cases, the hotels will not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after the issuance of the Hotel Voucher.
  • Some tickets mentioned at the time of booking, which are non-refundable are at 100% cancellation charges and are also informed in the note at the time of confirmation.
