• We are not holding any rooms and the same will be subject to availability at the time of receiving your confirm request.
• Non-Refundable Rate Hotel booking process - all booking on Non-Refundable Rate will be confirmed on 100% advance payment amount will be charged
• The details of your assigned driver will be shared only 24 hours before the tour begins.
• If you choose to travel outside the planned itinerary, Haim Travel will not be responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred by the driver.
• Private transfers are point to point.
• Sharing transfers the drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled time
• All above rates are net per person and in Sri Lankan Rupees.
• The confirmation of the twin beds / king bed / queen bed /triple bed will be provided based on the availability.
• Any special requests like smoking room, nonsmoking rooms, rooms on higher floors, interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, large bed / View of the rooms will always be subject to availability upon check in.
• Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
• The pickup/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed.
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
• On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other s as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
• We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Blackout Dates:

• Please avoid the following dates due to events and surcharges (both dates inclusive):
• Chinese New Year (CNY): 29-31 January 2025
• Inter Airport SEA 2025: 25-27 March 2025
• FHA F&B 2025: 8-11 April 2025
• Communic Asia 2025: 27-29 May 2025
• Formula One 2025: 2-5 October 2025
• ITB Asia 2025: 15-17 October 2025
• Fintech 2025: 11-13 November 2025
• New Year’s Eve 2026: 30, 31 December 2026 & 1 January 2026

Remarks:

• Sightseeing: Changes to sightseeing places may occur based on availability.
• Rooms & Rates: Subject to availability and based on the number of participants/inclusions. Rates are subject to change.

Vehicle Arrangements:

• Vehicles are subject to availability, and substitutions may be made as needed.
• Fixed-timing, point-to-point services only for private transfers. Time changes or rescheduling are subject to availability.
• Luggage: Each guest is allowed one piece of luggage. Additional luggage will require an extra van, which the guest must arrange directly.
• Specific vehicle/driver preferences are not available.

Attractions:

• Height and age restrictions may apply for certain attractions.
• Infants and children may incur direct charges for entry at attractions.
• All time slots for attractions need pre-booking, and changes will not be allowed after confirmation.

Child Policy:

• Children below 11 years and under 110 cm are considered for child rates.
• Children’s Height Measurement: For all attractions, height restrictions apply, and additional charges may incur if children above the height limit are charged adult prices 
• Children aged 7 years and above require an extra bed.
• Guests aged 11 and above are considered adults.

Hotel Policies:

• Bedding preferences and early check-ins are subject to hotel availability.
• Rates do not apply during exhibition or peak periods.
• Please note that no reservations or room blocks have been made at this stage, and availability will be confirmed upon booking.
